​I am so grateful to Dr. Locher-Claus and her staff. I had such a great experience under her care. I was very afraid but soon she made me feel comfortable. I can’t say enough about her. It was a pain free experience. Thank you so much Dr. Claus. I am doing very well now.

An absolute five star experience! I had two root canals done about a week ago with Dr. Claus and it was as easy as getting two fillings. I did not experience any pain at all during the procedure and very importantly no pain at all after! It was just amazing! I felt so confident in her work and knew I was in great hands in her care. Thank you Dr. Claus, I will always recommend you!

​I can't say enough about the care I received from Dr Maria. I had such a sensitive tooth and she showed so much patience in getting me numb so I wouldn't feel a thing. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a positive experience needing a root canal!!

​My treatment took three visits and each and every time Dr. Claus made sure all of my questions were answered and that nothing was causing me any pain. In between visits the office was wonderful about answering questions and was very flexible with their scheduling. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Iowa Heartland Endodontics and Dr. Claus saved my tooth, my money; and I had such an amazing experience that I cannot help but spread the word. See, my scheduled appointment was at the only Endodontic provider in Dubuque IA. The DAY OF my appointment I discovered that the Dubuque office was "out of network" on my dental insurance. This would cost me hundreds more, but it was only about an hour before my appointment. Through my insurance I found Iowa Heartland Endodontics and called them. They actually had availability, and were only a little further from home than the Dubuque provider! Despite the extreme time constraints, my tooth got fixed, and I didn't even have to take more PTO from my job!
Everyone there is amazing. They're very gentle, and were very understanding of my extreme anxiety/nerves due to bad dental care experiences in my past. They set me up with headphones, my preferred music, and made every effort to ease my nerves and discomfort during the process. They also collaborated with my insurance before the procedure to inform me of my financial responsibility for the procedure. For those who have HSA insurance, every dollar saved, is money available for future use.
The excellence doesn't stop there! Iowa Heartland Endodontics even found me an in-network regular dental care provider to complete the crown, and offered to forward my information. They saved me even more money, time and frustration, because that's how awesome they are.
I cannot thank Iowa Heartland Endodontics enough for restoring my confidence in the entire scope of dental care. If you can, give them your best attempt. You won't regret it.
